Prayer Walking

Every morning I have begun prayer walking through the side of John DeShields that I live on. On most days, I see people along the way and stop to talk to them. I often have the opportunity to pray for them as well. Today I ran into a lady who I haven't talked to in a while. She invited me in and offered me coffee. She is a lady who is so enjoyable to be around. :) We sat at her table and talked about what was going on in here life. We began talking about God and she shared her testimony with me. She shared that she used to be addicted to crack. The doctor pronounced her dead because the crack had formed around her heart. After she died, she could see a tunnel of light before her and hear those around her talking about her death all at the same time. She heard herself say, "God isn't through with me yet." She came back to life! After that, she asked God to take the taste for drugs away from her. She never craved drugs, alcohol or even cigarettes. God completely delivered her from the addictions. Her testimony GREATLY encouraged me! For about a year now, I have been believing God to use me to raise people from the dead and to lay hands on people and they would be delivered from drugs. It's going to happen!
