Tonight we got to take 3 teenagers to prayer walk around an abandoned building in John DeShields (JDS). It was our usual Tuesday night prayer time with the kids. I had just shared with them about how God tore down the abandoned building/drug house on the corner of Bond Ave. This inspired one of the boys to pray that God would also tear down an apartment building here in JDS that has been abandoned for about a year. It has a fence around it, but this boy told me that there is an opening and he sees people going in and out of it. It was on my heart that we go prayer walk around the building and lay hands on the surrounding area. I told them that prayer walking is like a secret mission and most people just think your taking a walk. :) He showed us where the opening in the fence was. We prayed that God would surround it with angels and stop any evil work from happening in the building. We walked around it once and prayed and agreed together that God would get this building torn down soon. I'm looking forward to seeing God's GREATNESS come through.
